f) Pet Health Information, including data and records regarding pet health and health history that you enter or upload, including without limitation veterinary or pet hospital visit records (including date; veterinary practice name, address, phone number, and email; visit type and visit details), vaccinations, prescriptions, weight, diet details (including food brand, type, and feeding details), pet insurance information (including provider, policy number, renewal date) and the like;
g) Microchip & Collar Tag Scan Data, including microchip and assigned Pawbase collar tag number(s), and scan / search activity data;
h) Location Data, including location related information used for lost pet alerts and scan notifications;
i) Usage & Tracking Data, including device, browser, and interaction data collected or created via Cookies and similar tools as further described below, and
(j) Aggregated/De-Identified Data, including summarized data that we create using various of your personal information but that cannot reasonably identify you and data that is created by aggregating your de-identified personal information data with that of other Pawbase customers and Site users from time to time.
Some features of the products or services we offer may require you to directly provide us with certain information about yourself. You may elect not to provide this information, but doing so may prevent you from using or accessing these features.

In addition, we may use your personal information (and in particular your loaded pet health information) in connection with certain cloud-based tools as necessary to enable us to provide the subscription services as described and to produce aggregated, de-identified insights for research, analytics, and commercial purposes as further described below. And we strive to regularly improve our product and subscription service offerings for the benefit of our general customer base, and may use your provided information in connection with those efforts.
- Marketing and Advertising. We may use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and from time to time to provide you with promotional offers and advertisements relating to our products or subscription services, if and to the extent you have “opted in” to receive such. - Security and Fraud Prevention. We use your personal information to detect, investigate, prevent and take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity. You control what personal information is displayed in such situations through your account settings as further described on the Site.
Other Site Users and Pawbase Service Subscribers, With Your Authorization. With other Site users or Pawbase service subscribers, such as a pet co-owner, if you direct, verify and approve (through various applicable Site elections, as described on the Site) that your Pawbase account be linked with such third party’s Pawbase account, and/or that such third party is able to access your account and/or receive pet notifications or location alerts.
Business and Marketing Partners and Service Providers. Other Site Users and Pawbase Service Subscribers, With Your Authorization. With other Site users or Pawbase service subscribers, such as a pet co-owner, if you direct, verify and approve (through various applicable Site elections, as described on the Site) that your Pawbase account be linked with such third party’s Pawbase account, and/or that such third party is able to access your account and/or receive pet notifications or location alerts.
Business and Marketing Partners and Service Providers.
